Terms & Conditions for “The Ladakh Code” Contest by Husbur
By registering for The Ladakh Code (TLC) contest, all participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing registration.
1. Organizer
The contest is organized and managed by Husbur, an adventure travel company specializing in curated motorcycle expeditions to Leh, Ladakh and Kashmir.
2. Contest Name & Schedule
The promotional contest titled The Ladakh Code shall be conducted on 10-05-2026.
Contest Availability Window
The contest portal shall remain live from:
- 10-05-2026, 12:00 PM IST
to - 10-05-2026, 11:59 PM IST
Participants may begin the challenge anytime during the above contest window.
3. Registration
- Registration opens on 27-04-2026.
- Participation is free of cost and subject to successful registration on the official platform.
- Registration is valid only after successful submission and confirmation.
- Each participant may register only once unless expressly approved by the organizer.
- The organizer reserves the right to suspend or reject duplicate, incomplete, or suspicious registrations.
4. Contest Format
- The contest is a puzzle challenge involving logic, decoding, and problem solving.
- Participants must solve the puzzle/code challenge made available on the contest portal.
- Participants must submit their final answers before the contest closes at 11:59 PM IST on 10-05-2026.
- Incomplete, duplicate, suspicious, or late submissions may be rejected.
5. Ranking & Winner Determination
- Participants may start anytime during the contest live window.
- Once a participant starts the challenge, their individual solving time may be recorded by the system.
- Winners shall be determined based on:
- Correct completion of the contest challenge
- Fastest individual completion time among correct entries
- In case of ties, the organizer reserves the right to apply tie-breaker rules at its sole discretion.
6. Total Winners
A total of 75 contestants shall be declared winners.
7. Prize Structure
Top 5 Winners
- Free Biking Adventure Trip
- Plus 1 complimentary pillion seat
- Pillion must be next of kin only
Next 10 Winners
- Free Biking Adventure Trip for self only
Next 20 Winners
- Rs. 25,000 voucher redeemable for winner’s biking adventure trip
- Rs. 25,000 voucher redeemable for one accompanying pillion
- Pillion must be next of kin only
Next 40 Winners
- Rs. 25,000 voucher redeemable for winner’s biking adventure trip only
8. Tour Schedule & Allocation
Tour A, Free Riders Batch
For complimentary winners.
Departure Date: 19-05-2026
Includes:
- Top 5 winners with eligible pillions
- Next 10 free single riders
Voucher Tours
Tours B to E shall consist of:
- 5 riders with pillion
- 10 single riders
Scheduled Dates
- Tour B: 27-05-2026
- Tour C: 07-06-2026
- Tour D: 16-06-2026
- Tour E: 26-06-2026
Allocation Terms
- Winners may be asked for preferences, however final allocation shall remain solely with Husbur.
- Batch sizes, dates, routes, and allocation may be modified due to operational requirements.
9. Trip Starting Point
- Trips shall commence either from Leh or Srinagar, as determined by the organizer.
- Route may be Leh to Srinagar or Srinagar to Leh.
10. Exclusions
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following are not included:
- Travel to reach Leh or Srinagar
- Return travel from trip ending point
- Fuel cost for motorcycles
- Personal expenses
- Shopping expenses
- Travel insurance
- Riding gear
- Meals or services not expressly included in final itinerary
Fuel cost for bikes shall be borne by riders themselves.
11. Voucher Redemption Terms
- Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers are redeemable only against eligible Husbur biking adventure packages.
- Any balance amount above voucher value shall be payable by the winner.
- Voucher validity and booking windows shall be communicated separately.
12. Eligibility & Conduct
Participants must:
- Provide accurate registration details
- Carry valid government photo ID
- Meet riding and fitness requirements where applicable
- Follow organizer instructions and safety rules
Failure to comply may lead to cancellation of prize entitlement.
13. Disqualification
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant for:
- Use of bots or unfair means
- Technical manipulation
- Duplicate registrations
- False information
- Misconduct or abusive behaviour
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
14. Force Majeure
Trip dates, schedules, routes, batches, or prizes may be postponed, modified, or cancelled due to weather, road closures, government restrictions, safety concerns, natural calamities, or events beyond organizer control.
15. Liability
Adventure travel involves inherent risks. Husbur shall not be liable for injury, loss, theft, delay, accident, cancellation, or any consequential damages arising from contest participation or trip usage.
16. Publicity Consent
By participating, winners consent to use of their name, city, photographs, videos, and contest-related content by Husbur for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.
17. Final Decision
All decisions by Husbur regarding rankings, prizes, vouchers, tour allocation, scheduling, and disputes shall be final and binding.
18. Acceptance
By registering for the contest, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
